Simon's breadth of experience originates in New Zealand where he was intensely involved with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) with strengthened performance both in movement and mindset. This naturally led him to transform his training methods to align with the scientific knowledge of human health.
He established a new exercise screening method that is recognised and used by Olympic-level athletes and A-class celebrities across the globe. Simon's work is acknowledged for its theoretical achievement and for many years hewas the health and fitness editor at Men's Health magazine.
Today, Simon integrates his lifework by providing his clients with an alternative to personal training. His 1:1 approach is science-driven, holistic based, and life-changing.
You can also find Simon strengthening the next generation through mentoring and training school-aged children and teenagers in purposefully designed school holiday programs.

One-on-one personal training is a private session with you and Simon. Learn the four pillars of human performance through mindset, movement, recovery, and nutrition.
GROUP TRAINING
Intimate group training where numbers are kept small to allow focus on individuals and always enjoyable group banter. Training options are in an indoor gym or outdoors at the park.
